Karl-Heinz Frank Reichert, PhD (Norway)

Frank Reichert is Professor Emeritus at the University of Agder, where he previously served as Rector (2016-2019) and Dean of Engineering & Science (2007-2015). He has over 40 years in communication and information systems, and directed the SFI Offshore Mechatronics center and helped establish UiA's Mechatronics Innovation Lab.
At Ericsson Sweden (1995-2005), he managed European research projects and founded Ericsson Cyberlab Singapore, focusing on user-centric design and rapid prototyping. He has evaluated industrial R&D for the European Commission in frameworks like RACE and ACTS.
Dr. Reichert holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Aachen University of Technology, Germany.
