TalentConnect brings international students, companies and alumni together in an innovative hybrid recruitment and networking format.

Rather than a traditional job fair, the focus is on genuine conversations, one-to-one discussions (“Student Insights”) and long-term visibility.

The event kicks off with a get-together featuring snacks and drinks, providing a relaxed opportunity to get to know one another. Following this, company stands on campus and a Digital Corner for virtual participation offer the chance to engage directly with companies.

The programme is complemented by short career talks from alumni and successful students, who provide insights into career paths, entry-level opportunities and international prospects.

In addition, TalentConnect includes digital offerings such as online company profiles, an online job wall with current vacancies, and digital company pitches, which can also be accessed afterwards.
