NEW - Direct delivery of interlibrary loan copies

Effective immediately, interlibrary loan orders will no longer be provided as paper copies. In future, customers will receive a download link via email that is valid for 40 days. The library account user number and password are required to access the document.

In a few exceptional cases, delivery may be made as a paper copy for licensing reasons.

We will also waive interlibrary loan fees on a trial basis. However, orders should still be placed with care, as each order incurs costs for the university.
